A close-knit and collaborative team **Job Description** ---------------------- At the Human Resources Department of Fundación Hogar de Cristo, we seek someone who wishes to go beyond operations—contributing to process improvement and providing an analytical perspective to the People area. Position Objective: You will be responsible for analyzing, proposing, and leading Human Resources processes, ensuring they operate efficiently, orderly, and in alignment with current regulations—directly contributing to improved people management within the organization. Responsibilities Take ownership of controlling and monitoring key processes such as compensation and honorarium payments Ensure flawless personnel administration (contracts, attendance, legal compliance) Transform data into decision-making support by developing and consolidating reports using Power BI Provide support and guidance to departments on labor legal matters Manage and monitor the budget and expenses of the People department Actively participate in managing and organizing the organizational structure Be available to attend court hearings and other activities in person, as required by the position Requirements: Degree in Psychology, HR, Administration, or a related field Over 2 years of experience in compensation and administrative people management Knowledge of labor legislation Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI and Excel Strong analytical ability and attention to detail What We Offer: A role with real impact on the organization Space to propose, improve, and build A close-knit and collaborative team Development opportunities Hybrid work mode (remote \+ in-person) Provision of corporate laptop and mobile phone Benefits including: Compensation Fund \- Supplementary Health Insurance Year-end bonuses, among others...
