A close-knit and collaborative team **Job Description** ---------------------- At the Human Resources Department of Fundación Hogar de Cristo, we seek someone who wishes to go beyond operations—contributing to process improvement and providing an analytical perspective to the People area. Position Objective: You will be responsible for analyzing, proposing, and leading Human Resources processes, ensuring they operate efficiently, orderly, and in alignment with current regulations—directly contributing to improved people management within the organization.
