Main Functions Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of teaching in virtual or semi-presential Continuing Education programs. Supervise compliance with programs, learning outcomes, and curricular guidelines. Support and assist faculty in their academic work, promoting good pedagogical practices in virtual environments. Manage schedules, academic loads, activity calendars, and evaluation processes. Coordinate with academic, administrative, and technological departments to ensure proper program operation. Monitor academic indicators, raise alerts, and propose continuous improvements. Prepare reports and academic information required by management. Requirements and Education Professional degree in Education, Social Sciences, Administration, Psychopedagogy, or related fields. Desirable training in virtual education, academic management, or instructional design. Experience in academic coordination and/or continuing education. Proficiency in virtual learning platforms (LMS) and knowledge in curricular management and virtual teaching. Work Experience At least 2 years of experience in academic coordination, continuing education, and/or teaching in virtual or semi-presential modalities.
