Position Summary: This role involves supervising and guiding Residential Project Directors, ensuring regulatory compliance in specialized intervention and administrative management. Work with vulnerable children and adolescents Directly accompany and supervise Residential Project Directors and their teams in carrying out technical functions related to specialized intervention, administrative management, team coordination, and intersectoral collaboration. Ensuring strict compliance with current SPE regulations and the Foundation’s methodological guidelines. Exclusive Requirements A professionally qualified individual in the field of social sciences. Minimum of 8 years’ work experience in child-related matters, especially regarding rights violations, high-complexity family and community interventions. Verifiable 5 years’ experience in leadership, supervision, and/or technical advisory roles supporting high-complexity teams. Willingness to travel Complementary Requirements Two years’ experience working on childhood and adolescence projects with an intercultural focus. Familiarity with the functioning of Family Courts and Public Prosecutors’ Offices, and operational knowledge of the Specialized Protection Service for Children and Adolescents (SPE). Diplomas and/or specialized courses in childhood and family intervention, interculturality, abuse-related topics, intimate partner violence (IPV), parental competencies, etc. Responsibilities: Collaborate in the technical coordination of the Social Directorate’s Annual Work Plan, ensuring alignment between the Foundation’s objectives and SPE guidelines. Provide specialized technical insight and regulatory knowledge when developing proposals for public tenders related to assigned projects. Coordinate and prepare technical and strategic responses to formal SPE sanctioning and inspection processes, in coordination with the Social Directorate and the Legal Department. Monitor the quality and timely submission of Weekly Contingency and Management Reports from projects to the Social Directorate, ensuring operational traceability. Participate in training and professional development sessions recommended by supervisors or self-initiated. Conduct on-site and remote inspections and supervision of projects, verifying strict compliance with SPE regulations, Technical Bases, and current agreements, documenting findings in the Foundation’s Supervision Checklist, and following up on and resolving identified issues. Monitor and advise Directors in the timely development and implementation of Action Plans arising from SPE supervision, ensuring proper documentation of findings and mitigation of sanction risks. Carry out formal technical evaluations of each project using the Foundation’s Supervision Checklist, being responsible for its correct application and analysis of results, among other duties.
