This full-time position, under a temporary services contract for pre- and post-natal leave replacement, aims to disseminate, manage, and support application and award processes for externally funded projects for faculty members, ensuring efficient management from planning through reporting. Main responsibilities: Disseminate and coordinate applications and awards for external projects. Support all stages of Fondecyt projects (Initiation, Postdoctoral, and Regular): training, application, execution, and reporting. Assist in applications and registrations for ANID projects and other national and international funding sources. Coordinate actions with the Library Directorate for knowledge management. Collaborate in updating the UAH Academic Productivity Registration System. Address emergent requests from the Directorate. Requirements: Graduate or university degree holder, preferably in Social Sciences or Data Science. Minimum of 2 years of experience in university research management. Knowledge of the research cycle, academic publishing and grant applications, advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, OneDrive, SharePoint). Power BI, Airtable, Tableau, Bibliometrix proficiency desirable, as well as experience with digital repositories (Dspace CRIS, Dataverse).
