Support for innovation and continuous improvement projects. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Fermentation and Process Specialist** to participate in the development, control, and optimization of fermentation processes applied to food and agro-industrial ingredient production. The selected candidate will work alongside production and quality teams to improve process parameters, ensure product consistency, and contribute to developing innovative solutions for the food industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and control fermentation process parameters to ensure stability and consistency. * Analyze production results and identify opportunities to optimize time, yield, and quality. * Participate in trials, adjustments, and scale-up of new processes and products. * Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to implement improvements and corrective actions. * Record and analyze process data, preparing technical reports and recommendations. * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational safety procedures during operations. * Support innovation and continuous improvement projects related to fermentation and food processing. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering**, or a related field. * **2 or more years of experience** in fermentation, food processing, bioprocessing, or industrial production. * Knowledge of applied microbiology, process control, and fermentation parameter analysis. * Experience working with technical documentation, production records, and result analysis. * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with production management systems is preferred. * Strong analytical skills, commitment to continuous improvement, and problem-solving ability.
