Coordinates operational activities specific to the sector, ensuring proper execution of processes and strict adherence to company-established regulations, procedures, and instructions. Education ? Professional degree in Civil Construction, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. ? Safety courses provided by Mutualities. ? Course in Project Planning and Control. ? Course on SIGO Components (Competency Development for Supervisors). ? Desired: 40-hour PAC course. Technical knowledge ? Current labor, safety, and operational regulations. ? Intermediate-level computer skills (Microsoft Office). ? Technical knowledge related to well drilling, pumping equipment, and mining operations. Experience ? Minimum 3 years of verifiable field supervision experience. ? Preferred: 5 or more years of experience in deep well drilling projects, pumping equipment, and/or mining. Exclusive requirements ? Valid Class B driver's license. ? Driver's record without annotations and a Special-Purpose Background Certificate without observations. ? Physical and geographical high-altitude work-compatible health status. ? Passed rigorous psychological, occupational, and psychosensory examinations. ? Availability to work on-site, both in the Metropolitan Region and other regions of the country, under shift-based arrangements.
