Monitor help desk requests and assigned priorities. Respond to requests, analyze, diagnose, and determine whether they constitute incidents or service requests. Resolve incidents immediately on-site. Address technical service requests related to databases (sports, panoramas, recreational pool, restaurant, bowling, massages). Verify and ensure complete and correct resolution of internal customer requests. Development Department Responsibilities: Analyze functional requirements as planned with commercial departments. Develop and maintain full\-stack system functionalities according to requirements gathered from internal customers. Define and structure databases. Generate functional and/or technical documentation for developed applications.
