This professional ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to established quality standards—leveraging advanced technical knowledge and project management skills. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of data center construction projects; * Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion; * Manage project budgets, controlling costs and expenses; * Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively with all stakeholders; * Ensure all construction activities comply with required technical and quality standards; * Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to project specifications; * Resolve technical and operational issues arising during construction; * Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable regulations and safety standards; * Implement and monitor on-site safety policies; * Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed; * Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project-related risks; * Develop contingency plans to address possible challenges and delays **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in construction project management—preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities; * Willingness and ability to travel and work on-site as required; * In-depth knowledge of construction and safety codes and regulations. **Preferred Qualifications** * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. * Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2\) is a plus. **Additional Information*** **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD)** **Our Benefits:** Attractive PLR (Profit and Results Sharing); Health / Dental / Catastrophic Insurance; Grocery / Meal Vouchers; National Holidays Bonus; Vacation Bonus; Year-End Bonus; Scala Free Day (in the employee’s birth month); Non-Waivable Days: regular salary payment on non-waivable days; Life Insurance.
