They also manage budget allocation, ensuring appropriate resource utilization to support business operations and customer satisfaction. **Job Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Supervise and direct daily operations * Manage payroll using the company's software system. * Manage quality improvement initiatives for areas of responsibility and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. * Responsible for staffing, performance management, training, and resource planning * Lead document management activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures and that practices comply with applicable regulations. * Manage quality improvement initiatives for areas of responsibility and ensure compliance with safety standards.
