Supervise the execution of maintenance tasks, ensure scheduling, productivity and safety of the technical team, and guarantee fleet availability and reliability. \&\#65039; Key Responsibilities: \- Receive buses at the workshop and diagnose faults. \- Assign technicians and validate work orders (OT). \- Supervise internal and external work and validate their proper execution. \- Release buses to operation via system. \- Manage personnel's budget control, attendance and overtime hours. \- Achieve operational goals in availability and technical indicators. Requirements: \- Intermediate level technician in mechanics, heavy machinery, electricity or equivalent training. \- At least 3 years of experience in heavy machinery or fleet maintenance, and technical team supervision. \- Intermediate Office skills. \- Class B driver's license (desirable). \- Training in electromobility (desirable). Working Conditions: \- 44-hour weekly work schedule. \- Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) (5x2 or 6x1\). \- Mixed work: office and field. \- Monthly net salary: $1\.000\.000\.
