We are seeking an **Automotive Technical Service Manager** to join our team in **Punta Arenas**. Your main mission will be to lead and supervise the technical service department at the branch, ensuring quality maintenance and repairs, compliance with brand standards, and excellent customer service. The purpose of this role is to ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction by leading a team committed to continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate technical service operations, ensuring efficient performance aligned with company and brand standards. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, promptly managing inquiries, complaints, and suggestions to guarantee an excellent service experience. * Supervise and validate performed diagnostics and repairs, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and adherence to agreed timelines. * Monitor the workshop's operational status, promoting proper use, maintenance, and availability of tools, equipment, and resources. * Track satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability indicators, driving continuous improvement actions to strengthen area management. **Requirements** * Technical or professional education in **Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Mechanics**, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years of experience leading automotive workshops** or technical service departments. * Knowledge of **after-sales processes, customer service**, and **technical team management**. * Proficiency with **diagnostic tools** and **automotive brand platforms**. * Skills in **leadership, planning, effective communication**, and results orientation. **Benefits** * Coverage of **initial travel** and **one-month accommodation**. * **A day off on your birthday.** * Company compliant with the **40-hour workweek Law.** * **Job stability** and opportunities for professional development. * Other corporate benefits.
