Design and implement a third-party management system **We seek a professional to lead the management and control of contractor companies, safeguarding legal, labor, and safety compliance across all operations.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct on-site audits and documentary reviews of contractor companies. * Verify working conditions, compliance with procedures, use of PPE, and safety standards. * Manage contracts, annexes, payment status, and legal documentation (F30, F30\-1, among others). * Supervise compliance with labor and social security obligations (contributions, contracts, working hours). * Measure safety indicators, legal compliance, and contractor performance. * Design, implement, and optimize the third-party management system, incorporating process and control improvements. * Monitor supplier performance and manage corrective actions in case of deviations. * Prepare risk, compliance, and performance reports and indicators. * Coordinate with Operations, HR, Risk Prevention, and regulatory agencies. ### **Requirements** * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, HR, or Occupational Risk Prevention. * Minimum 3 years leading third-party or subcontracting control processes. * Law No. 20\.123 on subcontracting. * Articles 183\-A and following of the Labor Code. * Joint and subsidiary liability. * Labor and social security regulations applicable to contractors. * Proficiency in handling labor documentation (F30, F30\-1, among others). * Supreme Decree No. 44 and related regulations. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience with third-party control platforms. * Valid Class B driver's license. **Conditions** * Fixed-term contract, followed by indefinite-term contract * Agreements and benefits * CCAF
