




Job Summary: United Pipeline Systems is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to coordinate, supervise, and ensure execution of construction activities in compliance with quality standards and current regulations for a mining project. We are currently seeking a **QA/QC Supervisor** for a major mining project located in Region IV. **Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure execution of construction activities in compliance with established quality standards, ensuring that processes and materials used meet technical specifications, applicable regulations, and client requirements. Implement and maintain the quality management system, leading inspections, audits, and quality controls at each project stage. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure construction activities are properly recorded and reported in relevant documentation. * Perform inspection and quality control tasks for the service. * Prepare and review operational procedures, verifying compliance with technical specifications. * Oversee destructive and non-destructive testing related to the service. * Ensure compliance with national regulations (NCH – MOP) or international standards (API, ASME, ASTM, ISO). * Participate in coordination and planning meetings to align quality-related criteria. * Ensure compliance with quality requirements and the associated Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for the service. * Identify actual or potential non-conformities. * Issue non-conformity reports for deviations affecting service quality. * Channel non-conformity-related information to the Administrator and IMS Coordinator. * Ensure implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental management, complying with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001\. * Apply preventive or mitigating controls associated with assigned tasks. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Civil Engineering or Mechanical Civil Engineering. * 5 years of experience. * Knowledge of SPF Platform, Aconex – SharePoint – Microsoft 365 – International Standards ASME, API, ISO, and/or ASTM. * Visual Inspection, Liquid Penetrant, and Ultrasonic Testing courses per SNT\-TC\-1, Level II.
