Participation in ISO 45001 processes **Job Description** ---------------------- Coordinate, plan, review, and manage assigned Occupational Safety and Health team activities, ensuring compliance with Law No. 16.744. 1. Coordinate, plan, review, validate, manage, and/or support Occupational Safety and Health team activities. 2. Define and assign specific tasks among Occupational Safety and Health professionals. 3. Define and direct strategic priorities for the Occupational Safety and Health team. 4. Ensure compliance with current legal regulations regarding occupational safety and health. 5. Monitor expert risk prevention plans. 6. Define, administer, and control the budget associated with contracts assigned within occupational safety and health domains. 7. Administer contracts and monitor and control contractor work. 8. Coordinate and validate accident investigations occurring within the scope of responsibility. 9. Conduct technical studies on occupational safety and health as required, and review external company projects that may impact resources, infrastructure, or healthcare services provided to our customers. 10. Provide ongoing advisory support on occupational safety and health matters to assigned Management and/or Directorates. 11. Participate in all processes related to the ISO 45001 standard. 12. Regularly report results of management activities and task completion in accordance with standard timelines, requesting managerial support when necessary. 13. Ensure, participate in, and promote the implementation and development of the company’s management systems, in line with responsibilities defined in each system’s documentation. 14. Report accident statistics to all requesting stakeholders. 15. Perform other duties consistent with the scope of this position, as assigned by management. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention * Minimum 5 years’ experience in occupational risk prevention coordination or leadership roles * Experience in contract administration and team leadership * Proficiency in SAP, Siebel, and Project (desirable) * Internal Auditor certification (mandatory) * Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards; First Aid training; Accident Investigation courses * Class B driver’s license (mandatory); willingness to work onsite and in offices with flexible hours * Intermediate-to-advanced MS Office proficiency This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
