Position Summary:
Perform activities within the financial portability process, managing payments, product closures, guarantees, and customer service, ensuring resolution and quality in banking processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform activities related to customers' financial portability process, executing and organizing procedures associated with payment preparation and product closure, handling general/specific guarantees, and processing receipt of information via Redbanc, while additionally addressing full or partial payment actions for banking products (e.g., credit cards, CHIP, consumer loans, LSG, ODP, insurance claims, etc.). Must generate payment reconciliations and/or receipts in local and foreign currencies, perform mass customer and banking product transfers and migrations, conduct mass address verification, manage web checkbooks and multipass issuance abroad, consolidate mass event closures in compliance with both internal and external policies, thereby contributing to safeguarding the bank's assets. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Respond to customer requests via Salesforce/events during outbound financial portability and banking product payment processes, ensuring accurate resolution according to established standards and maintaining response quality. Resolve activities related to guarantees for products being ported, which may vary depending on the offer in certificate flows with Redbanc and other financial institutions. Analyze, resolve, execute, and respond to requests from the bank’s customers—both internal and external—received through various managed channels, such as mass customer and banking product transfers/migrations, mass address verification, web checkbook requests, and multipass applications abroad. Execute payment and product closure validations. Enter AITC – LMS – charges and credits. Guarantee customer responses within established SLAs, adhering to current internal BCI regulations and applicable external regulations. Ensure end-to-end solutions for portability, product payment, and customer/product transfer and closure processes, modeling solution searches that add value to Centralized Processes Unit teams, while simultaneously contributing to safeguarding BCI’s assets. Advise and support internal customers on correct request entry into Salesforce, Events, Helix, etc. Identify and analyze process and product improvement opportunities. Coordinate with internal and external departments to respond to customer requests. Utilize various tools and regulatory protocols maintained by the Bank to deliver timely responses to internal and external customers. Perform individual and team-level (group) end-of-day reconciliation. Manage various automation processes (e.g., Control\-M, RPA) both in daily operations and outcomes. Monitor execution via Teradata queries. To succeed in this position, you need: Graduate or degree holder in Commercial/Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant, or a related field. Customer service experience.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. Experience with banking products. Experience in banking accounting.
