Ensuring quality and accuracy in processes **Mission:** Accurately and timely execute the department’s administrative processes, with primary focus on compensation administration, benefits, employee support, and labor documentation management (e.g., employment contracts, addendums, termination agreements), contributing to compliance with current labor regulations and internal policies, while ensuring quality and accuracy in each process, among other similar duties. **Academic Qualifications:** Technical or Professional Degree in Human Resources Administration, Accounting and Auditing, Business Administration Engineering, or a related field. **Experience:** Maximum 2\-3 years of experience. **Specific Knowledge:** * Knowledge of Chilean labor legislation. * Knowledge of compensation payment process management. * Familiarity with basic accounting concepts related to payroll centralization. * Proficiency at the **Administrative User** level in BUK (**Mandatory**). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel.
