Are you looking to develop your potential in a **multinational company**, focused on delivering superior results within a culture that values people, leadership, and collaboration? **About the Role** At Essity Chile, we are looking for a **Warehouse Assistant** for our Business Logistics team within the Hygiene business unit. The role is responsible for supporting on-site activities such as order preparation, workplace organization and cleaning, repair of damaged packs, and performing picking operations for dispatching finished products. In this role, you will report to the shift Team Leader of the Distribution Center. You will also have opportunities to further develop your career across other business units and brands within our Hygiene and Medical Solutions company. The position is located in Lampa, Metropolitan Region. We provide shuttle buses to several communes (Lampa, Batuco, Quilicura, Puente Alto, Maipú, Mapocho). This is an on-site position with rotating shifts under a 6x1 schedule: * Morning shift: 7:00 – 15:00, Monday to Friday / Saturday 7:00 – 12:00 * Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00, Monday to Friday * Night shift: 00:00 – 7:00 on Monday / 23:00 – 07:00 Tuesday to Saturday **Note: For the night shift from Tuesday to Saturday, you must start at 23:00 hrs. the previous day.** You can find more information about our company, our brands, our corporate culture, and career opportunities at www.essity.com We seek individuals who embody our values — unafraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and operate at a fast pace. If this role resonates with you, we would love to speak with you. **Job Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. * Consolidate short-dated or expired products. * Product refurbishment: repackaging damaged items and segregating short-dated or expired products. * Order preparation. * Pallet selection and recovery. * Preparation of products for dispatch: perform picking operations for dispatching finished goods. * Pallet handling: manually move finished-product pallets using a hand pallet truck from the transition zone to the corresponding loading dock for dispatch. Where required, lower pallets to customer-specified heights. * Load and unload import/export trucks, including proper labeling and pallet building. Load and unload return trucks with overweight loads, as requested by management. * Replenish picking locations using returned products. * Serve as a role model for safety and risk prevention initiatives, complying with regulations and promoting self-care. * Cross-functional compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Perform support tasks assigned by management according to departmental or IMS needs. **Who You Are** * Approximately 1 year of experience in warehouses and/or distribution centers within the FMCG industry. * Experience operating RF scanners. * Availability for rotating 6x1 shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. * Completed secondary education. **What We Offer You** Our purpose — Breaking barriers for well-being — gives meaning to everything we do.
