Job Description We are seeking a **User Experience Specialist (UX)** to lead the design and optimization of digital interfaces. The selected candidate will be responsible for researching, prototyping, and validating solutions that ensure a smooth and engaging experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities * **User research**: Conduct interviews, surveys, and behavioral analysis. * **Interface design**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows. * **Usability testing**: Evaluate digital products and propose improvements. * **Experience optimization**: Implement changes based on metrics and feedback. * **Cross-functional collaboration**: Work alongside developers, graphic designers, and marketing teams. * **Digital innovation**: Introduce emerging UX/UI trends and tools. Requirements * Degree in Design, Computer Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI. * Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and Design Thinking. * Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
