Generation of fleet performance reports and efficiency metrics. **TRAFFIC AND FLEET CONTROLLER** **Company:** Cakrasoft SpA **Location:** Isidora Goyenechea 3000, Las Condes, Santiago, Metropolitan Region **Compensation:** CLP $2\.180\.000 Monthly Net **Work Mode:** On-site (Full-time / Shift-based) **ABOUT THE POSITION** Cakrasoft SpA seeks to hire a Traffic and Fleet Controller to join its operational team based in Las Condes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and optimizing the movement of in-transit units while safeguarding safety standards, fuel efficiency, and timely delivery compliance. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Real-time monitoring:** Track vehicle trajectories en route using GPS satellite tracking platforms and telematics. * **Route assignment:** Schedule daily itineraries by optimizing transit times and proactively avoiding traffic congestion or detours. * **Contingency management:** Maintain direct contact with drivers to resolve operational incidents, mechanical failures, or unexpected traffic events. * **Regulatory compliance:** Monitor adherence to driver rest periods, speed limits, and internal policies on responsible driving. * **KPI generation:** Prepare fleet performance reports, transit hours, and operational efficiency metrics for departmental supervision. **REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES** * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent field. * **Experience:** 2–3 consecutive years in traffic monitoring, satellite tracking, or operational fleet management. * **Technical knowledge:** Demonstrated proficiency in GPS tracking systems, TMS platforms, and Microsoft Excel tools. * **Skills:** Excellent problem-solving ability during in-transit emergencies, assertive communication, tolerance for high-pressure environments, and strong sense of responsibility. * **Availability:** 100% on-site work in the Isidora Goyenechea area (Las Condes). **CONDITIONS AND OFFER** * Monthly net salary of $2\.180\.000 CLP. * Formal and direct employment via work contract with Cakrasoft SpA. * Join an established company located in the Las Condes corporate hub, steps away from metro stations and services.
