At Softys Chile, we want to welcome a **Tech Planner** to our team, who will play a key role in ensuring the continuity and efficiency of our production processes. **What will be your challenge?** You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance activities for assigned production areas, considering both the annual plan and operational needs arising during daily operations. Your focus will be on anticipating maintenance requirements, managing resources, and supporting the timely resolution of failures—contributing to equipment availability and operational continuity. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Planning and keeping work and maintenance plans up to date. * Coordinating preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance activities. * Monitoring maintenance management indicators and reports. * Monitoring maintenance management indicators and reports. * Controlling and administering the maintenance budget for the assigned area. **What are we looking for?** Individuals with a university or technical degree in Electricity, Industrial Control, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields, motivated to develop within a production environment, contribute to maintenance planning, and support continuous operational improvement. *At Softys, we are a company that values innovation, experimentation, commitment, and responsible action grounded in ethics.
