Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Supervisor to support operational and commercial management at retail points of sale, ensuring strategy execution and strengthening relationships with store teams. Strengthen relationships with store teams POSITION: Junior Supervisor Work Location: Primarily in the field within Santiago or at offices located in Providencia (Fresia 645\) Start Date: June 19 Job Description: A retail company is looking for the best Junior Supervisor to support operational and commercial management at points of sale, ensure correct implementation of strategies in the field, gather key information, and strengthen relationships with store teams. Responsibilities: * Supervise correct execution at assigned points of sale (POS). * Coordinate regularly with store managers and internal team (sales analyst). * Gather and report relevant field information. * Conduct stock control and review in stores. * Manage relationships with store managers, establishing agreements that support operations. * Support implementation of commercial activities in the field. Candidate Profile: * Professional with strong interest in developing a career in commercial and field supervision. * Prior experience is not mandatory. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and management capability. * Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset. Schedule: * 5x2 workweek, Monday through Sunday * Hours: 09:00–18:00 hrs. Compensation: * $880\.000 net (base salary \+ variable commissions). (The salary includes 100% commission; additionally, up to $100\.000 may be earned for transportation allowance.)
