Supervise safety activities in wind energy projects. 2. Ensure compliance with current HSE regulations. JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an HSE Supervisor with experience in wind energy projects to supervise compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental standards during field activities, ensuring safe operations and adherence to applicable regulations. Candidate Profile * A professionally certified and registered graduate in Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. * **3 to 5 years** of experience as an HSE Supervisor in wind energy projects or wind farms. * Willingness to work on-site in Chile. * **Valid GWO BST (Basic Safety Training) certification** * Knowledge of working at heights, work permits, incident investigation, and HSE regulations. Responsibilities * Supervise safety activities in the field. * Verify compliance with HSE procedures. * Conduct safety inspections and safety walkthroughs. * Develop and review risk assessments (AST/JSA). * Supervise work at heights and lifting operations. * Investigate incidents and follow up on corrective actions. * Coordinate HSE inductions and training. * Prepare safety reports and safety performance indicators.
