Responsibilities * **Process Analysis**: Evaluate workflows and identify improvement opportunities. * **Requirements Elicitation**: Gather client needs and translate them into clear specifications. * **Information Modeling**: Design business models and financial projections. * **Project Management**: Support planning and execution of strategic initiatives. * **Stakeholder Communication**: Facilitate interaction between technical and business units. * **Executive Reporting**: Prepare results reports and recommendations. * **Resource Optimization**: Propose solutions that improve costs and productivity. Requirements * Degree in **Commercial Engineering**, **Business Administration**, **Information Systems**, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or consulting. * Proficiency in analytical tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL). * Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in digital transformation projects is highly valued. * Residence in Concepción or willingness to relocate.
