Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Architect to lead the cybersecurity strategy in a hybrid environment, aligning infrastructure and platforms with regulatory requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the maturation of the cybersecurity strategy in a hybrid environment. 2. Align infrastructure and platforms with the Chilean Cybersecurity Framework Law and the Personal Data Protection Law (LDPD). 3. Define the roadmap to achieve ISO 27001 certification. **Security Architect** We are looking for a Security Architect to lead the maturation of the cybersecurity strategy in a hybrid environment (On\-Premise and Cloud). The primary objective is to align infrastructure, platforms, and networks with compliance requirements of the **Chilean Cybersecurity Framework Law**, the **Personal Data Protection Law**, and to define the roadmap to achieve **ISO 27001** certification within a 12-month timeframe. The role will operate in an integrated manner with the Engineering team. **Technical Requirements and Experience** **1\. Frameworks and Regulatory Compliance (Mandatory):** * **ISO 27001** (Certification as Implementer or Lead Auditor is highly preferred). * Knowledge of Chilean legal regulations (Cybersecurity Framework Law and Personal Data Protection Law). **2\. Cloud and Identity Environment (Microsoft Ecosystem):** * Management of Microsoft 365 tenant, Azure (**Entra ID**), and Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM). * Familiarity with Microsoft Security, Compliance, Purview, and Copilot suites is desirable. **3\. Perimeter and Network Security (Multi-vendor):** * **Fortinet Full Stack:** FortiGate, FortiClient VPN, FortiCloud, FortiAppSec, FortiAnalyzer. * Knowledge of **IT / OT** networks. * Multi-platform network infrastructure security. **4\. Cybersecurity Tools (Familiarity/Integration Desired):** * **SIEM / Monitoring:** Wazuh, Darktrace. * **EDR / XDR / Vulnerability Management:** CrowdStrike, Trellix ETP, Tenable IO, ESET or similar. * **Containers and Virtualization:** Docker, VMware, Proxmox. **Soft Skills** * **Collaborative Work:** Ability to integrate and operate as "one team" with the internal Engineering department. * **Autonomy and Mentorship:** Ability to resolve technical team queries and propose end-to-end architecture (as the project is at an early stage). Work Mode: Hybrid (On-site and Remote) Work Location: Metro Manuel Montt. Monday to Friday. Salary: $1\.700\.000 CLP (net). Workplace: Hybrid in Santiago de Chile, Metropolitan Region
