Currently, we are seeking a Reverse Logistics Operator who will join our Production Management team and perform duties at our Distribution Center located in Colina, Metropolitan Region. What is the mission of this position? To restore and recover all defective products received by the department, identifying the root cause of failure (customer returns, transit damage, factory defects, or others), with the goal of restoring product quality and granting it a new lifecycle. What will you do in this role? Assess the condition of products, performing selection and filtering based on quality and origin of damage to initiate the corresponding recovery or modification process. Restore, recover, and modify products received in the warehouse, aiming to restore their quality and grant them a new lifecycle. What are the requirements for this position? 1 year of operational work experience handling and caring for products, preferably in logistics and/or manufacturing companies. Availability to work in Colina (we provide shuttle buses). Excel knowledge is desirable. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Benefits: 40-hour workweek. Vacation bonus.
