Your mission will be: Lead the optimization, development, and validation of analytical methods (classical and instrumental chemistry) for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products within the food sector. Ensure technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of laboratory R\+D methodologies. **Key Responsibilities** Method Development and Validation: Design, optimize, and validate analytical methods (physicochemical and instrumental) in accordance with international standards (AOAC, ISO 17025\). Advanced Instrumental Analysis: Operate, calibrate, and maintain high-precision equipment such as HPLC/UHPLC, GC, spectrophotometry (UV\-Vis, FT\-IR), and atomic absorption (AA). Classical Chemistry: Perform traditional physicochemical assays (gravimetry, volumetry, Kjeldahl, Soxhlet, potentiometric titrations, among others) for characterization of food matrices. Continuous Methodology Improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce analysis time, reagent consumption, and operational costs in the R\+D laboratory. Technical Documentation: Draft validation protocols, technical reports, standard operating procedures (SOP/POE), and method transfer to the Quality Control department. Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure analytical processes comply with food safety regulations, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and proper chemical waste handling. **YOUR SKILLS** Education: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Food Engineering, Biochemistry, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 4 years of demonstrable experience in chemical analysis (classical and instrumental) and R\+D, preferably in the food or beverage industry. Required Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in chromatographic (HPLC, GC) and spectroscopic techniques. Proven hands-on experience in analytical method validation. Familiarity with ISO 17025, GLP, and food quality parameters.
