As a Receptionist at CBRE, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and dedicated attention to visitors in the main lobby of a corporate building, managing access and supporting emergency procedures.

**Receptionist Location:** Las Condes, Santiago.
**About the Role:** As a Receptionist at CBRE, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming visitors to the building through dedicated and friendly service in the main lobby of a corporate building.
What You’ll Do:
Attend to building visitors, performing registration management on the designated platform.
Contact each reception point to confirm visitor access.
Support evacuation procedures during emergencies by guiding occupants to designated safety zones according to established protocols.
Receive and attend to vendors, ensuring proper routing to their respective departments.
Efficiently resolve access-related issues per established protocols.
Perform administrative tasks related to visitor control and entry.
Manage requests from building users.
Maintain smooth communication with building operational teams.
**What You’ll Need:**
Technical degree in Hospitality, Administration, or related field\* (customer-oriented education)
Minimum 2 years of in-person public-facing experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report generation.
