**Key Responsibilities:**
**Test Planning:** Create and execute test cases based on functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business processes.
**Functional Testing:** Perform manual testing of healthcare applications and verify that new features function correctly across different scenarios.
**Incident Management:** Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects, working with developers to verify fixes.
**Regression Testing:** Conduct regression and new testing to ensure software updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.
**API and Data Validation:** Perform basic API testing and database verifications to validate data accuracy and system integrations.
**Collaboration:** Work closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and communicate test results.
**What We’re Looking For:**
**Experience:** 2–4 years of experience in Quality Control, Software Testing, Application Testing, or a related technical role. Experience working with web applications or healthcare technology is highly valued.
**Testing Knowledge:** Practical experience with test cases, functional testing, regression testing, bug reporting, and quality assurance processes.
**Technical Skills:** Familiarity with tools such as Jira or similar incident tracking platforms, browser developer tools, API testing tools, and basic SQL knowledge.
**Documentation:** Ability to clearly document test results, reproduce software defects, and communicate technical issues to development teams.
**Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
**Mindset:** You are detail-oriented, analytical, and practical. You understand that quality means identifying critical issues early, protecting the user experience, and helping the team deliver reliable software on schedule.
Salary: $1\.300\.000 \- $1\.700\.000 per month
