### **DESCRIPTION**
We are currently seeking a Quality Analyst for our production plant located in the commune of Paine. Job Purpose: Conduct quality controls at various stages of meat production (raw materials, in-process products, and finished products), monitoring Critical Control Points (CCPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and organoleptic evaluation to ensure food quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities \- Monitor and record the receipt of meat raw materials and in-process products. \- Perform packaging, labeling, thermal measurements, and sample collection/cutting. \- Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment (pH meters, thermometers, and scales). \- Supervise GMP compliance on the production line and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products. \- Promptly report quality deviations to plant managers and supervisors. Application Requirements Academic Qualification (Mandatory): Technical Degree at Higher Education Level or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering, Food Quality, Food Process and Quality Control, Agroindustrial Engineering, or related fields. Desired Experience: Engineers with at least 2 years’ experience; Technicians with at least 3 years’ experience in quality functions within the food industry. Technical Knowledge: GMPs, HACCP, CCPs, sampling techniques, and measurement instrumentation. Digital Tools: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Conditions: Location: Production Plant in Paine. Work Schedule: 42 hours per week on rotating shifts (availability to work holidays/Sundays as stipulated under Article 38 of the Labor Code). Salary and Benefits: \- Base salary: CLP $980,134 gross \+ Monthly statutory bonus. \- Attendance bonus \- Transportation bonus \- On-site lunch service at the company cafeteria. Contract Type: Initial fixed-term contract of 1 month, extendable based on performance evaluation.
