This includes growth in new Customer Operations transitions in CHILE, end-to-end transition management (following the company's Transition Methodology), driving enterprise transformation (using Scrum, Agile, PMP, or other relevant methodologies), and CI initiatives (Lean Sigma methodology) to deliver the business's committed value. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related fields in technology or digital project management. 9\-12 years of overall experience 4\-5 years of experience in roles/projects related to organizational transformation/change, process transition/transformation 3\+ years of experience working in virtual teams and matrix organizations Experience implementing enterprise solutions Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional, mid-scale projects (preferably transition and/or transformation projects)* **Advanced English, both spoken and written (mandatory).** **Desirable:** Work experience in Shared Services/BPO/IT/Medical Technology industries Customer Experience / OTI (Order-to-Invoice \- end-to-end process) Understanding of the Healthcare/Medical Devices industry Project Management certifications.
