In this opportunity, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (PM) to lead strategic commercial initiatives within a major Transformation \& Agility project for a leading retail and real estate company in Chile. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead end\-to\-end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget. * Provide clear executive visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and project deviations. * Coordinate cross-functionally across departments, proactively managing blockers and dependencies. * Apply an adaptive (hybrid/agile) approach, combining traditional project management with adaptive planning and distributed risk management. * Foster autonomy among program roles under your responsibility. * Engage directly with senior stakeholders and executive committees, translating technical progress into business value. * Proactively manage project risk, anticipating deviations before they impact outcomes. **Skills** Strong results orientation and accountability, cross-functional leadership and influence without formal authority, executive communication, ability to adapt under pressure, and collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams. **Requirements:** * More than 5 years leading high-complexity strategic projects * Direct experience engaging with senior stakeholders / executive committees * Experience in digital or organizational transformation initiatives * Proficiency in traditional, agile, and hybrid methodologies * Advanced proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and executive dashboards * Preferred: Experience in commercial-focused projects / business value generation.
