**Job Summary:**
**Razzak Textile Chile SpA** is seeking a Textile Production Control Manager to lead the planning, monitoring, and control of the production flow. The role aims to maintain organized and balanced production by coordinating materials, capacity, orders, and priorities to respond efficiently to commercial requirements.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage control and monitoring of textile production schedules
* Coordinate manufacturing priorities according to orders and available capacity
* Review order progress across various production stages
* Analyze workload and support efficient resource allocation
* Coordinate availability of fabrics, supplies, and materials required for production
* Identify deviations between planned and actual production results
* Collaborate with manufacturing, inventory, quality, and logistics teams to resolve disruptions
* Adjust plans when volumes, delivery dates, or operational needs change
* Maintain up-to-date information on in-process production and pending orders
* Analyze productivity, on-time delivery, and capacity utilization metrics
* Provide recommendations to improve production flow and continuity
**Requirements:**
* Experience in textile production, manufacturing, planning, production control, garment assembly, or industrial operations
* Strong ability to organize production programs and priorities
* Ability to analyze production volumes, capacity, and progress
* Capacity to coordinate with various manufacturing departments
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficiency in spreadsheets, production systems, or planning tools
* Ability to operate effectively in environments with shifting priorities
* Prior production management experience is valued but not mandatory
* A degree in engineering, production, textiles, operations, or related fields is desirable, though relevant practical experience is also considered
