Join a leading industry company and become part of the Innovation and Development team. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** ✓ Analyze trends in the electrical market and customer needs ✓ Propose technical and commercial solutions in coordination with international manufacturers ✓ Develop and implement new electrical/electronic products ✓ Validate technical and financial feasibility of products for the Chilean market ✓ Strategically support the sales department with specialized technical information ✓ Test equipment and assemble associated solutions **REQUIREMENTS:** Civil Electrical Engineer, Civil Electronic Engineer, or related degree in electrical engineering (Mandatory) Experience in developing electrical/electronic products Technical knowledge in: Substations, power lines, power generation plants Desirable: Knowledge of Medium- and High-Voltage equipment Ability to coordinate with international manufacturers/vendors **PROFILE WE ARE SEEKING:** ✔ Innovation Engineer ✔ Product Development Engineer ✔ Product Manager with technical expertise **WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR:** ✗ Project Engineers ✗ Commercial Engineers ✗ Sales Engineers (without technical background) ✗ Automation Engineers ✗ Service Engineers Salary: Up to $2\.500\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
