Monitoring program progress and resource availability 3. Continuous improvement of planning tasks A salmon farming company seeks a process planner to join its processing plant team in Quellón. Your objective will be to plan production processes for daily and weekly operations, thereby ensuring compliance with commercial plans and committed volume targets, while also monitoring that resources are available at the appropriate time for process execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Generate daily and weekly planning reports for issuance and dynamic adjustment based on actual process conditions. * Plan production processes daily and weekly across various lines, with emphasis on resource requirements. * Monitor progress of production programs. * Monitor daily and weekly availability of resources required for the process. Continuously improve planning tasks, as well as participate in suggesting improvements to process operations. * **Requirements:** * Education: Engineer or technician in food science, business administration, or aquaculture. * Knowledge: POS systems, PAC, HACCP, BRC, ASC, Global BAP, BPM, and food defense regulations; production systems, quality management; process line design and modification; process simulation and optimization. * Excel: Intermediate to Advanced level * Experience: 3 years in similar roles.
