Active participation in ISO 9001 certification. ### **Process Control and Continuous Improvement Engineer** *A leading company specializing in comprehensive maintenance services for the industrial sector* We seek an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented professional capable of engaging directly with operations, challenging existing processes, and delivering tangible improvements that directly enhance organizational efficiency and productivity. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Map, document, and analyze internal organizational processes. * Design, implement, and monitor operational and strategic management indicators (KPIs). * Analyze operational deviations and generate improvement proposals. * Prepare management reports, executive summaries, and performance analyses. * Develop alert systems and tracking mechanisms for critical indicators. * Implement continuous improvement and process optimization methodologies. * Actively participate in KPI analysis meetings and performance follow-ups. * Coordinate across departments to ensure proper execution of processes. * Support automation and digitalization of operational reporting and controls. * Develop dashboards and indicators using data analytics tools. * Incorporate Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency. * Actively participate in the ISO 9001 implementation and certification process. * Generate proposals contributing to organizational growth and scalability. * Conduct occasional site visits and sporadic travel to other regions. ### **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with operations experience. * 2–3 years of experience in roles related to management control, continuous improvement, processes, or operations. * Experience in medium-sized or growing companies (preferably SMEs). * Desired experience in construction, maintenance, technical services, or operations companies. * Advanced Excel. * Proficiency in pivot tables, macros, and report automation. * Power BI. * Experience working with KPIs, data analysis, and management control. * Knowledge of and **participation in ISO 9001 certification processes.** * Proficiency in applying **Artificial Intelligence** tools for process optimization and information analysis. * Class B driver's license. * Availability for **sporadic travel to other regions.** * Analytical, autonomous, and results-oriented professional with leadership capability in driving improvements and optimizing processes. ### **Working Conditions:** * ✅ Direct employment contract: Fixed-term for 1 + 2 months, followed by an indefinite contract based on performance. * Downtown Santiago | On-site work mode * Market-competitive salary * Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00–17:30 hrs; Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs * Complementary Health and Dental Insurance **Apply now and join our team!**
