This position requires a dynamic profile to coordinate the surveillance team, audit compliance with security regulations, and implement on-site contingency plans. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate the security guard team during their respective shifts and work schedules. * Conduct on-site verification of valid OS\-10 accreditations, personal appearance, and proper use of equipment. * Supervise the operation of centralized CCTV systems, perimeter alarms, and access control systems. * Coordinate immediate response to emergencies or incidents in direct liaison with public order forces. * Draft management reports, incident reports, and risk inspection reports for central administration. **Requirements:** * **Valid OS\-10 Course for Private Security Supervisors (Mandatory / Exclusionary).** * Completed secondary education (technical or higher education in related fields preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience leading security teams in corporate, commercial, or high-traffic sectors. * Leadership skills, conflict resolution abilities, and composure for crisis management. * Availability to work on-site in the commune of Valparaíso (Condell Street area). **Benefits and Conditions:** * **Monthly net salary:** $2\.500\.000 CLP. * Direct employment contract with Funcaes International SpA. * Centrally located workplace with excellent connectivity to the regional transportation network.
