The professional must ensure operational continuity and the quality of produced water through equipment operation and maintenance. Responsibilities: System Operation: Operate intake, pretreatment, and reverse osmosis systems, monitor process parameters, and adjust chemical dosing. Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance routines, conduct sensory inspections of rotating equipment, and replace filters and consumables. Monitoring and Control: Supervise high-pressure pumps and energy recovery systems, record data in logbooks and control systems. Quality Management: Collect water samples, perform basic field analyses, and verify compliance with quality parameters. Safety: Strictly adhere to safe work procedures, use of PPE, and report any unsafe conditions. Candidate Profile Requirements: Education: Diploma in Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Operations, or related fields (Mandatory). Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in operation and maintenance of industrial plants. Prior experience in water treatment or desalination plants is preferred. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in centrifugal pumps, SCADA systems, hand/electric tools, and measurement equipment. Desirable Qualifications: Class B driver’s license. Schedule: Rotating 7x7 shift system (day and night).
