Job Summary: We are seeking responsible, organized, and highly operationally committed Picking Operators to execute order preparation at our logistics center. Key Highlights: 1. Training on safety regulations and internal processes We seek **Picking Operators** who are responsible, organized, and highly operationally committed to execute order preparation at our logistics center, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and proper handling of merchandise. **Mandatory Job Functions** * Execute **picking tasks assigned in the WMS**, either via **radiofrequency or pick list**, respecting the sequence and locations indicated by the system. * **Confirm each picked line in real time** within the WMS, avoiding accumulation of confirmations at the end of the shift. * Adhere to the **FEFO principle**, always selecting the product indicated by the system and **reporting any location discrepancies or out-of-spec expiration dates to the Supervisor**. * **Assemble and palletize orders** stably and safely, preserving the integrity of grocery packaging (no crushing or mixing incompatible products). * **Label pallets or parcels** according to the dispatch standard defined for the account. * Immediately report **stock discrepancies, damaged products, or blocked locations** identified during the picking process. * Maintain **order and cleanliness** in aisles and preparation areas; segregate waste and stretch film per internal procedures. * Strictly comply with **safety regulations** and mandatory use of **PPE**. **Requirements** * Proven experience in **WMS and RF picking** (mandatory). * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of FEFO principles (desirable). * Availability for shift work. * Responsibility, organization, and teamwork ability. **Offered** * Market-competitive salary. * Productivity and compliance bonuses. * Job stability. * Training on safety regulations and internal processes. * Corporate benefits.
