Comprehensive management of the spare parts warehouse, including personnel, processes, safety, stock, etc. Support and service to the After-Sales, Rental, Commercial, and Logistics teams to meet their needs. Coordination with the company's district departments regarding sales, inventory, logistical processes, and after-sales activities. Monitoring proper execution of warehouse logistical flows, both for equipment and spare parts. Managing adherence to the spare parts warehouse budget.
