Américo Vespucio 1500, Quilicura, Santiago, Metropolitan Region **Salary:** $1\.900\.000 CLP Gross Monthly **Work Mode:** On-site (Full-time) **Purpose of the Position** At **Cultura Serrana SpA**, we are incorporating a **Medical Technologist** committed to diagnostic accuracy and strict adherence to quality standards. The primary objective of this position is to manage the analysis, processing, and reporting of clinical samples at our Quilicura facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform and supervise analytical processing of laboratory or technical specialty tests in accordance with current regulations. * Apply internal and external quality controls to ensure the validity and integrity of all results. * Calibrate, operate, and maintain assigned medical instrumentation and technology. * Timely entry and validation of analytical data and results into the internal information system. * Comply with and ensure adherence to biosafety guidelines, waste management, and risk management protocols in the laboratory. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Professional Degree in Medical Technology accredited by the Chilean Ministry of Education. * **Licensing:** Valid registration with the Superintendence of Health (SIS) – *Exclusive and Mandatory*. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience preferred in clinical laboratories, diagnostic centers, or specialized processing units. * **Skills:** High sense of responsibility, analytical ability, capacity to work under pressure, and attention to detail. * **Residence/Mobility:** Ability to commute or willingness to work in the commune of Quilicura. **What the Company Offers:** * **Gross monthly salary:** CLP $1\.900\.000. * Employment contract with long-term stability and permanence prospects. * Integration into an organization with modern technological infrastructure and a structured professional environment.
