Ensure safe and efficient equipment operation. **Job Description** We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented **Maintenance Supervisor** to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring operational continuity and proper functioning of equipment and facilities. **Responsibilities** * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Coordinate the technical team and assign daily tasks. * Plan and monitor maintenance programs. * Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment and facilities. * Manage appropriate use of tools and spare parts. * Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes. * Prepare reports and track completed work. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Electricity, or related field. * Experience supervising industrial or facility maintenance. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Leadership and team management skills. * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management tools. * Organizational, communication, and results-oriented skills. * Availability for full-time employment. Salary: $1\.500 \- $2\.200 per month Workplace: On-site employment
