Opportunity to advance and grow in the Blue Revolution At Mowi Chile, we are seeking a **Maintenance Operator** to join our Freshwater Management team. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT?** You must be able to operate and maintain the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the PFA Hydroelectric Power Plant, monitoring turbine, generator, and auxiliary system parameters; executing preventive and corrective maintenance; and applying MOWI’s HSE standards and Management System requirements for both internal personnel and contractors. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We seek senior-level technicians or execution engineers in Electricity, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation and Control, with 2–3 years of experience in operation and maintenance of power generation plants and process monitoring via SCADA systems. Training in NFPA 70E, hydroelectric plant operation, instrumentation and control, PLCs, and electrical protection systems is highly valued. **REQUIREMENTS:** Availability to work shifts at the PFA Hydroelectric Power Plant, applying Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols during maintenance interventions.
