At our food plant, we seek to hire Maintenance Operators—individuals committed to safety, quality, and operational continuity of our production processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate packaging machines and associated production line equipment. * Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure operational continuity. * Detect and report equipment failures. * Comply with company-established standards for quality, food safety, and safety. **Requirements:** * Technical degree (Intermediate or Higher Level) in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or related field. * Experience operating packaging machines in the food industry. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. * Desired experience in pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Work Schedule:** Three rotating shifts system (42 hours per week). Morning Shift * Monday to Friday: 07:00–14:30. * Saturday: 07:00–14:30. Afternoon Shift * Monday to Friday: 14:30–22:00.
