At Echeverría Izquierdo, we are seeking to hire a Logistics Coordinator to join a large-scale project, leading on-site logistics management and coordinating the timely procurement of materials, tools, equipment, and services. The candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating logistics processes in collaboration with the Technical Office and Site Administration; supervising material receipt and storage; controlling inventories; managing rentals; and ensuring accurate traceability of all movements within the system. Additionally, the candidate will supervise logistics personnel and must maintain continuous coordination with all site departments to ensure achievement of established objectives. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the construction materials procurement schedule. Coordinate the logistics process for supplies, tools, equipment, and services. Generate required purchase requests for the project. Control material receipt, inspection, and registration. Verify delivery notes, purchase orders, and quality certifications. Manage storage and distribution of materials in the warehouse. Monitor critical stock levels and manage replenishment. Maintain up-to-date on-site inventory control. Manage rentals of formwork systems, scaffolding, shoring props, and machinery. Supervise material and equipment entry, issuance, return, and exit. Control material consumption and reconcile variances against quantities measured. Supervise logistics personnel and evaluate their performance. Manage on-site suppliers. Keep inventory data updated in relevant systems. Comply with on-site quality standards and procedures. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Logistics Engineer or Technician. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in construction companies. * Experience in high-rise building projects. * Proficiency in AX system. * Proficiency in Iconstruye. * Knowledge of SharePoint. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience in inventory and material stock control. * Experience managing equipment and machinery rentals.
