Job Description We are seeking a **Logistics Coordinator** to supervise and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery, optimizing resources, and leading the operational team. Key Responsibilities * **Shipment planning**: Organize distribution routes and schedules. * **Inventory supervision**: Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability. * **Transportation management**: Coordinate vehicles and transportation providers. * **Process optimization**: Implement improvements to logistical timeframes and costs. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure alignment with transportation and safety regulations. * **Customer relations**: Maintain effective communication and service satisfaction. * **Operational reporting**: Prepare periodic reports on logistics performance. Requirements * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination. * Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics management tools. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
