Position Summary: We are seeking a Flexcube QA Lead to lead testing efforts for mortgage credit projects, understand client requirements, and train teams. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development with career planning and training programs. **What We Are Looking For?** Flexcube QA Lead **Your Key Responsibilities:** Mortgage Credit Project Testing Lead QA Lead We require a person capable of understanding client requirements and communicating them to the team to develop the test strategy, test plan, and test case design, followed by test execution and identification of test cases for automation. The candidate must hold face-to-face meetings with the bank’s team and subsequently train the offshore team for project execution. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Flexcube version 11 and later; version 14\.7 in the CASA module is preferred. SQL, Unix, SOAP UI services, POSTMAN, REST services, LOANS Functional Skills: Knowledge of banking domains including savings accounts, checking accounts, credit lines, and loans. Required Experience: 3 years conducting functional testing. Minimum 2 years leading testing activities in the Flexcube application. **Soft Skills** Analytical thinking to solve complex problems.
