Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support and Automation Engineer to ensure technological operational continuity and lead process modernization through automation and AI. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the modernization and efficiency of internal processes through automation and AI. 2. Manage key tools such as MS365 and Odoo ERP. 3. Develop and automate solutions in Python with API and AI integrations. IT Support and Automation Engineer (On-site) A prominent company is looking for an IT Support and Automation Engineer to join its Technology team fully on-site. The primary mission of this role is to ensure the company’s technological operational continuity (direct user support and administration of core tools such as MS365 and Odoo ERP), while simultaneously leading the modernization and efficiency of internal processes through the design and development of automations (Python, API integrations, and Artificial Intelligence). Main Functions and Responsibilities: Development and Automation: Design, code, and maintain Python-based automation workflows that connect the company’s various platforms (e-commerce, ERP) via REST APIs and Webhooks. AI Integration: Implement solutions integrating Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., Claude Code or others) to optimize internal operational tasks. ERP and Database Management: Technically and functionally administer the Odoo ERP (user access and module support). Perform queries, maintenance, and support for relational databases (PostgreSQL), and monitor virtual servers (Azure/AWS). Technical Support and MS365: Administer the corporate Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Provide on-site Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to office users (hardware, software, and network). Minimum Requirements (Mandatory): Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Connectivity and Networks Engineering, Programmer Analyst, or related field. Experience: 3–5 years of demonstrable experience in similar roles (Semi-Senior level). Programming: Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation. Integrations: Solid experience consuming/creating APIs. Databases: Proven knowledge of relational database engines (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server). Desirable Requirements (Bonus Points): Prior experience in configuring, supporting, or developing for Odoo ERP. Experience integrating AI APIs into workflows. Basic knowledge of public cloud administration (AWS or Azure). Administration of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Required Soft Skills: Service Orientation: High empathy and willingness to resolve on-site users’ issues in an instructive manner. Self-Management: Ability to prioritize immediate support tasks without neglecting long-term automation projects. Innovation: Proactivity in identifying manual bottlenecks and proposing technological improvements. Working Conditions: Work Schedule: Full-time. Work Modality: 100% On-site.
