BICE Vida commits to safeguarding the information voluntarily provided.* Apply directly from Get on Board. ### **What Will You Do?** At BICE Vida, we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst for End Users for the Technology Submanagement within Systems Management, responsible for administering and maintaining the technological platforms associated with services delivered to users—ensuring their availability and operational continuity, and guaranteeing the correct configuration and functioning of corporate workstations. In this role, you will: * Deliver specialized technical support, resolving complex or escalated incidents originating from other departments or vendors. * Define, document, and implement corporate workstation configurations (Windows/macOS), including policies and applications. * Administer, maintain, and optimize the technological platforms under your responsibility. * Plan and execute mass deployments of software, patches, updates, and configurations using corporate tools. * Actively monitor metrics and alerts on technological management platforms under your administration. * Manage and maintain hardware and software inventories across assigned technological platforms. * Collaborate on infrastructure projects, technology renewal initiatives, and automation of user-related processes. * Produce technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures. ### **What Are We Looking For?** * Academic background: Degree or technical diploma in Systems Engineering, Networking, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in technical roles: incident management, incident process management, hardware and application technical support, working with ITIL v3 or v4, and participation in user-focused infrastructure projects. * Knowledge: Computer and network infrastructure, first-, second-, and third-level IT support, and administration of device management platforms. ### **Bonus Points If You Have:** Desirable: ITIL or similar course/certification. ### **What Is It Like to Work at BICE Vida?** * Industry-leading coverage: Complementary health, dental, and life insurance—and catastrophic insurance (for you and your legal dependents). * Bonuses in UF, varying by season and tenure with our Company. * Early Friday departures—until 2:00 PM—to help balance your personal and professional life. * Semi-formal dress code, prioritizing comfort. * Free lunch. * Ongoing training programs to empower diverse teams and drive better results.
