Collaborating closely with frontend and design teams, this role serves as the technical reference across projects. Their leadership ensures the efficiency and coherence of technical solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** Design and implementation of microservices. Delivery of technology proposals aligned with the integration area’s guidelines. Participation in working sessions and project follow-ups. Management of initiatives during analysis, implementation, and scaling phases. Leadership of development and functional support teams. At least 3 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of end-to-end project management. General knowledge of microservice design and architecture. Proficiency in: Java 1\.8 or higher, Microservice development, NodeJS V14 or higher, TypeScript, JavaScript, PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases, Unit testing (Jest), CI/CD, Docker, and Lambda functions (ALL REQUIRED). Availability to work 100% on-site in downtown Santiago. Residence in the Metropolitan Region. Inclusive employment Minimum 3 years of experience Minimum education level: University degree Graduate
