Job Summary: Assists customers with the implementation and support of the Smartic attendance control product, performing various technical and configuration tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance, technical support, and customer training **Job Description** ---------------------- The purpose of this position is to assist customers in implementing Smartic, our attendance control solution. Responsibilities: 1\. Report activities, results, and contingencies. 2\. Monitor Smartic usage. 3\. Perform minor civil works and EMT conduit installation. 4\. Assemble, connect, and lay electrical, structured, and fiber optic cabling. 5\. Create as-built drawings and track implementations. 6\. Configure and support technological devices. 7\. Report requirements, respond to inquiries, and train customers. 8\. Attend training sessions, stay updated, and participate in meetings. 9\. Perform maintenance and technical support. 10\.
